Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Baron Barclay! Below are the terms that guide our shipping process:

 

Shipping Costs

We believe in transparency—our shipping rates are not built into our product prices. Instead, we offer live shipping rates from USPS and UPS based on the size, weight, destination, and speed of delivery selected for your order. As a small business, we do our best to keep our rates as low as possible, though we don’t have access to the deeply discounted shipping fees of large retailers.

For eligible items like books and score sheets, USPS Media Mail is usually the most economical option. Standard rates for other items start around $6.50 for nearby destinations, but costs increase for deliveries outside our home state due to distance.

We’re grateful for your support and remain committed to offering the most affordable and transparent shipping options we can.  

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST will be shipped the following business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

For domestic overnight delivery, orders are automatically prioritized.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours, although some economy shipping methods may not include tracking. Standard, express, and overnight shipments will always have tracking.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to their order.

 

Holiday Shipping Deadlines for Christmas Delivery

• December 7: Last day for Media Mail
• December 11: Last day for Furniture shipping
• December 14: Last day for USPS First Class and Priority Mail, UPS Ground
• December 20: Last day for UPS 2nd Day Air
• December 21: Last day for UPS Next-Day Air

Orders must be placed by 10 AM EST on these dates. Please note, shipping deadlines do not apply to backordered items, monogrammed table covers, the Intempo 2 bridge clock, or ACBL jewelry.
