Shipping Costs

We believe in transparency—our shipping rates are not built into our product prices. Instead, we offer live shipping rates based on the size, weight, and destination of your order, so you can choose the option that best suits your needs.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST will be shipped the following business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

For domestic overnight delivery, orders are automatically prioritized.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours, although some economy shipping methods may not include tracking. Standard, express, and overnight shipments will always have tracking.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to their order.
