Andersen also wrote several advanced works on the Precision Club bidding system. Andersen is probably most remembered as a commentator of vugraph shows. He was the chief commentator for the ACBL, WBF and the EBU. Andersen was serving as the commentator for the European Team Championships in Montecatini, Italy when he became ill and slipped in to a coma from which he never recovered.
